Important: To qualify, items must be returned in the same condition they were sold, with all included accessories (chargers, cables, manuals, etc.).

Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Items must include all original accessories and packaging (if provided). Products sold “as-is,” marked as “final sale,” or clearly described as non-returnable are not eligible. Devices with signs of damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair may be denied a return.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at our Contact Page (or use the form below) with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label (if applicable) and instructions for shipping the item back. Ship the product within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Warranty
