How to Prepare Your Device Before Selling
To ensure a smooth, safe, and secure transaction, please follow these guidelines before bringing your electronics to our store:
1. Remove iCloud, Google, or MDM Locks
Devices with active iCloud, Google, or Mobile Device Management (MDM) locks will not be accepted. Please sign out of all accounts and disable any lock/security features.
2. Factory Reset Your Device
Perform a full factory reset to erase all personal data.
This protects your privacy and allows us to properly test the device.
3. Remove BIOS Password or PIN Code (for Computers and Servers)
All computers, laptops, and servers must be free of BIOS/UEFI passwords or any pin code locks. Devices with firmware locks will not be accepted.
4. Charge the Device (If Possible)
A charged device helps speed up the inspection and testing process.
5. Bring a Valid Government-Issued ID
A valid photo ID is required for all buyback transactions.
6. Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age
We only purchase items from individuals 18 years or older.
7. Device Must Be Clean and Free of Pests.
We do not accept any device with roaches, pest residue, or signs of infestation. All items must be clean and sanitary prior to inspection.
8. Bring All Included Accessories
Please make sure to bring everything that originally came with the device, such as the charger, power plug, cable, keyboard, remote, or any other accessories.
This helps us evaluate the device accurately and may increase the buyback value.
